(1 pushup n thn raise rt hand , pushup thn left hand raise )
* Squat n twist
(Squat n twist right squat n twist to left )

6×20/25
– Elbow n knee touch infront

Dog position n wave ur right leg n thn change the leg

UPPER BODY

* 90° at elbow, open & close
* Drag curls
* Plank up and down (weightless)
* Tricep on floor (weightless)
* Full range raises
(20 sec × 5 sets)

* Arm circles alternate (weightless)
(25 sec + 25 sec . 10 sec rest)

LOWER BODY

* Full squat

* Sumo squat 

* Back lunges right leg

* Back lunges left leg

* skate (5×25)     

    * Bridge pose up & down

    * Both leg raises up down       (6+6×20)
